I want my money back

Everytime I go to KFC in Kearns they are out of chicken. This time they where out of chicken and root beer. Then when we got home are coleslaw was warm are biscuits was hard as a rock and burnt and we order Two milkshake one half chocolate & strawberry and the other one just strawberry and they gave us 2 chocolate. And we paid $50.59 for garbage. The kernal would be really pissed off. I want my money back and I'm never going to KFC again and the kernal family is going to here about this. This is very sad.

My order is cancel and I need my refund

Its been 4 days and am yet to get my refund pls help. I spent 49$ on this and my order got canceled for no reason and took my money.

Complainy

I wanted to order the 2-piece meal deal, so I asked the person if I could get two breasts and she said yes. I was charged for the extra piece which I understood, however what I got was a breast and a small golf size piece of meat. She refused to admit the mistake so I didn't argue with her any longer. That's the reason for my call to KFC Corporate office, but no one ever returned my call. So do I have any options to made this right for me? I would appreciate a reply either by phone (517-605-****) or return email. Thank you, Carol Baker

I purchased a dinner on,7/16/2023,I have sent a picture but no one has gotten back to me,this is the 2nd time at the KFC on Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Florida, the chicken was very dark , some of it tasted like old Oil,$17.96 for a 4 piece with mash potatoes and beans, the chicken was so bad that I had the sides as my dinner,I was not going to waste my gas to go back ,6 miles

Online order incorrect after hour wait, overcharged

I just spent 25 dollars online for a family meal (Six piece, 12 chicken nuggets, 4 biscuits, fries & mac n cheese). The App says that the wait time will be 5 minutes. I even gave them 15 (9:20). When I got there there was a small line but they were telling those ordering that the system was down so they couldnt take orders. We told him we had a pickup and gave the name, he instructed us to pull over to the side and we did. We waited a half before the guy asked the name again and set off to get the line of peoples food they had waiting. 10 oclock rolls around and a new guy informs me that they gave my food away! I tell them Ive been sitting there waiting for an hour and I want what a paid for. They bring me out a six piece, two Cole slaws (I hate Cole slaw) and 4 biscuits. NOT What I ordered. NOT what I paid for!

KFC escalated it further up the chain and apologised. They opened up an investigation as to how the plastic ended up in the burger and gave Mr a £20 voucher to spend.

I bought a fillet burger from the Drive Thru restaurant and my daughter bit into it, only to pull a 2" piece of plastic out of her mouth that was in the burger. This could have cut her mouth.

A store is closed way too early

The location was closed by the time I got there. I reach the location off John Young and colonial. Orlando Florida. I placed the order they told me it'll be ready at 11:20 p.m. and the location close at midnight. I got to location at 11:23 p.m. lights off drive through lights are off.

Complaint/Employee Unsanitary

I visited KFC Restaurant #G135493 located at 10934 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, Texas 77070 on yesterday 7/3/23 at 12:12pm. Each time I've visited the restaurant the Hispanic Lady that cooks is always eating... eating isn't the problem, the problem is that she place her fingers inside of of her mouth and then licks them, then have the ardacity to fix orders. The first time this happened was last month...I told the cashier that I didn't won't that Lady fixing my order...and the same thing yesterday...what made it worse is that she washed her hands off in a yellow bucket sitting in the sink. This is a health hazard that needs to be addressed immediately, before this lady causes a catastrophic health crisis within the community. For this reason I will never visit that KFC again...ever.

Re-battered and re-cooked chicken

My grandson picked up an 8-piece Original - Chicken only order-via by drive through. This chicken was supposed to be our donation to a family picnic. It was only when it was time to serve that we discovered that the chicken was not edible. We were too far out to return. I call the location numerous time and just kept getting a fast-busy response. We took a picture of the chicken and the receipt and tossed the chicken in the trash. I filled out the FEEDBACK ABOUT KFC on kfc.com and reached out to customer service on 06/25/23 asking for a $22.00 refund.

I ordered on the app i when to pick up and they never got my order. I show my payment they denied it . The personal was very rude including the manager who hides in the back . They stole my money. Bunch of thieves.

Went to the restaurant to get my food and they told me they dont cook after 7 so I didnt get my food but I paid for it

Unbelievable Experience with quality & customer service

I will explain why I am coming here for help in regards to this experience, as I had no other option. (Been being thrown through loopholes). Never in my life have I had to complain about any experience with a food company or any company for that matter. On June 14th I used the KFC app for the first time. I ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken for my daughter and a spicy chicken sandwich for myself. We got home and opened the food, I tried to take a bite of the spicy chicken sandwich and it was as hard as a rock. I tasted a horrible rotten taste in my mouth after attempting to bite it. It was not edible and I wouldve gotten sick had it been at all edible. The bucket of chicken was insanely dry and not chewable either. It was like trying to bite through leather or something. My daughter is 8 and loves chicken and this was our first time trying the big bucket at KFC. After she complained and was sad she couldnt eat, I tried it and it was disgusting. I then called KFC and politely explained what had happened the guy that answered the phone gave me this phone number 1 (97*) ***-****. I called the number and there was an automated voice message saying I have reached KFC customer service, and that if I have a complaint to text the number with a photo of the receipt and an explanation on why you need help and what went wrong. I proceeded to text that number I sent a screenshot of my receipt on the KFC app and a short detailed text message about the experience and the quality of the food. Now today, I received a text back from that number telling me I have to go through the KFC app and get reimbursed through the app. The thing is, the app doesnt offer any customer service or help with reimbursement or order issues. I used the chat bot option on the app, and the only help assistance it offers is order status, password reset, and Nutrition info. When I typed in that I needed assistance and help with an order, it said bot, encountered an error or bug. I went ahead and tested what would happen if I click the options available, and it proceeded to respond with bot, encountered an error or bug. The number I had texted in regards to getting help, then proceeded to call me and leave a voicemail that was extremely insulting to my intelligence and he proceeded to speak as if I was slow and told me to get help through the app. Once again, there is NO help through the app. Youd think the person working for KFC would know that. I then proceeded to call the KFC customer assistance line on the KFC website as well as the number that was listed on Google. I called and there was no Customer Service available on the number either because there was just really loud obnoxious muffled music blaring in my speaker for about 20 minutes. I called a few separate times to see if the experience would be different and it was the same every time. I have spent a lot of time trying to get assistance with this to the point where I feel like going to small claims court and filing a dispute in regards to this matter. Its not necessarily the $18 I spent that is a bother, it is the principle of the matter, and the fact that I have been thrown through loophole after a loophole in order for the company to try and keep that money. I have not been given good customer, service, or help in regards to this issue, and the quality of the food is concerning and needs to be looked at.

My $30. Credit for KFC screwing my order up

Kfc messed up my order on 5/20/23 at that time I called kfc & complained.. Kfc offered to send me $30 credit in the mail. On 5/30/23 I still had not received it so I called kfc back & the CSR told me I should receive it no later than 6/02/23 ..Now here it is 6/13/23 & still havnt received anything

Poor service and didn't get a my food I ordered

Order a 12 piece chicken meal with 3sides potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, Mac and cheese. We didnt get our Mac and cheese or the honey and butter. We also ordered the taco box and a bean burrito didnt get the bean burrito the gave us something else no sauce for the tacos. We spent 73.00 dollars at this visit. Had to go back over and get the rest of the food and pay to go over the bridge two times. Then get home and eat cold and saugy tacos

Dear KFC Team , Plz find the attachment images . You always good service but last five month back to till service is not Good even counters facility also not good employees not good services ,No A.C on my son full sweating and enjoy KFC chicken because we love KFC I hope plz work on this matter to maintained KFC Norms.
